Last night was the 2010 NME awards!

The ceremony took place at the O2 Academy Brixton in London. Kasabian, Marina And The Diamonds, Lily Allen, The Big Pink, Hole and The Maccabees all performed live.

Remember that interview we did with Diplo last month... well this is that Snoop joint he told us he was working on. Good beats, and another outstanding bit of work from Cudi.

'That Tree' will be on Snoop's 'More Malice', a re-release of 'Malice N Wonderland'. Expected in stores on March 23rd. Have a listen to the track here.

Lupe Will Be Beamin On Tour

As if the anticipation for his next studio album 'Lasers' wasn't big enough Lupe has laid out the dates for the US leg of his Steppin Laser tour.

Lupe is currently on a mini tour of Australia and New Zealand before the start of the freshly annouced US leg . For all you people in Japan & Europe be sure to keep those fingers crossed and keep a check on Lupe's Blog for additional dates to be added soon. Vampire Weekend are back with another great video!

The video for their newest single, 'Giving Up The Gun', stars The RZA, Lil' Jon, Jake Gyllenhaal, Joe Jonas (!?!)... and even a pair of Daft Punk impersonators! Craziest cameos ever!

Lead vocalist Ezra had this to say about the brand new video... "We always thought RZA would be perfect. We'd been in touch with Lil Jon since the first album. He heard the reference on 'Oxford Comma' and sent us some cases of Crunk Juice. Joe Jonas and Jake Gyllenhaal were both excellent -- lot of improvisation and some surprisingly powerful serves." Ricky, Steve & Karl Get Animated This Friday On HBO

Okay, okay, we love all of the audiobooks and podcasts from the comedy trio, but we are really looking forward to the new animated series starting at 9pm this Friday the 19th February on HBO

HBO have animated the boys [see above] and features extracts from the trio's award winning audiobook series, the first show highlights invention, Karl's theory of birth and re-birth, sixth senses, and of course 'Monkey News - The Monkey Astronaut.' Watch a preview on Ricky's site, folks in the UK can expect the show to drop on Channel 4 in March.

The Death Of Laughter?

We are still reeling with laughter from the last podcast from the Ricky, Steve and Karl, but we fear the end is near. What is almost certain to be the last podcast in the 'Guide to..' series may well be the last ever podcast from the three comedy legends

The final release in the series - 'The Ricky Gervais Guide To... The Earth' is available in iTunes on February 23rd, however you can download a sneak preview of the show here.
